Excellent location near the charming harbor. Modern and clean with beautiful views of Lake Garda from the dining room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Convenient ferry and bus service to explore other towns. Quiet and pleasant stay during the end of the season.

Breakfeast very poor - no fresh fruit, nothing warm to eat. Not good at all considering the price and in comparison with other hotels in Europe.

Breakfast was awful, bread, cheese and ham? No iron, not even when requested told its not allowed for safety reasons? Are we not adults?

The location of this Hotel was excellent for our needs as we wanted to travel to nearby towns. Train station was very close and car hire shop very close.

The swimming pool is placed in the main entrance to the hotel however I did not use it but if I was using this I would prefer a little more privacy. Would be better placed at the back of the building or alternatively fenced off.

The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with fresh fluffy towels and a spacious bathroom. Some rooms even offer a lovely view.

We loved staying at this hotel located close to the buzzing center of the town. We enjoyed the stunning view of the lake while having breakfast in the top-floor dining area. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern furniture, providing us with a relaxing and comfortable stay. What's more, the hotel had excellent service and helpful staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

The lift was cramped, but this did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

We were amazed by the breathtaking view of the Lake Garda from the fifth floor terrace. The panoramic view from the breakfast room was simply unforgettable. The location near the lake was perfect for our daily ferry rides. we highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and convenient location.

Nothing, all excellent.

I loved how close this hotel was to everything in the city. It was almost on the lake, just a few meters away from the beach, and within walking distance to the beautiful center of this city. Plus, it was easy to access transportation, like the ferry station, which took me to many cute places around the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the clean and tidy bathrooms to the elegant terrace with a great view. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was way above the average.
